About Listomize

Listomize offers AI-powered tools designed to help eCommerce sellers improve their product listings. This currently includes support with things like product titles, product descriptions, keyword suggestions, general listing optimization, and listing scoring or checking.

Our tools are built to assist and speed up your work — not to replace your own judgment. We don’t guarantee that using Listomize will result in higher search rankings, more sales, better conversions, or approval on any marketplace.

Eligibility and Acceptable Use

By using Listomize, you agree to use the website and its tools lawfully and responsibly. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Use Listomize for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
  • Misuse or abuse the tools in ways they weren’t intended for
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the website’s normal operation

Use of AI-Powered Tools

Because AI-generated output isn’t perfect, it may sometimes:

  • Contain errors or inaccuracies
  • Be incomplete
  • Require editing before it’s usable
  • Not fully match your specific product or brand voice

We’d recommend treating anything our tools produce as a helpful starting point rather than a finished, ready-to-publish result — and definitely not as professional or legal advice. Before publishing generated content to Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, or any other platform, please review it carefully and verify that it’s accurate and appropriate for your product.

AI-Generated Content

Because Listomize is, at its core, an AI listing optimization tool, we want to be upfront about what that does and doesn’t mean for you.

Listomize does not guarantee any specific outcome from using our tools, including but not limited to:

  • Search or marketplace rankings
  • Increased sales or traffic
  • Higher conversion rates
  • Improved product visibility
  • Approval by Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, or any other platform
  • Any other particular business result

Using our tools comes with a bit of responsibility on your end, too. Before you publish or use any content Listomize generates, please:

  • Review it thoroughly
  • Make any edits needed to fit your product and brand
  • Verify that the product information is accurate
  • Make sure any claims made in the content are true
  • Confirm the content follows the rules of whatever marketplace you’re using
  • Check that it doesn’t infringe on anyone else’s rights (trademarks, copyrighted material, etc.)

Information You Provide to Listomize

To use our tools, you’ll typically need to provide certain information, such as product URLs, product titles, keywords, or other listing-related details the specific tool requires.

You’re responsible for making sure the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us. Please avoid submitting anything you don’t have permission to use.

Third-Party Platforms and Services

Listomize’s tools are built with sellers on platforms like Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, and other marketplaces in mind. That said, Listomize is an independent service and isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of these platforms unless we specifically say otherwise.

We don’t control how these third-party platforms operate, and we can’t guarantee that content generated through Listomize will meet every requirement or policy of a given marketplace. It’s your responsibility to check and comply with the terms and policies of any platform you use our tools alongside.

Intellectual Property

Everything that makes up the Listomize website — including our branding, logo, website design, original text, graphics, and the tools/software themselves — belongs to Listomize (or is used with appropriate permission) and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You shouldn’t copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, or commercially use any of Listomize’s website materials without our permission, except where the law specifically allows it (for example, fair use).

User Content and Submitted Materials

Any information or content you submit to Listomize remains yours — we’re not claiming ownership over it. What we do need is your permission to process that information so our tools can actually do what you’re asking them to do (like generating a title or description based on the details you provide).

Website Availability and Changes

We’re actively building and improving Listomize, which means things may change over time. We may update our tools, modify or add features, remove functionality that’s no longer working well, temporarily pause parts of the service for maintenance, or otherwise adjust the website’s content.

We can’t promise that every tool or feature will be available at all times, and we’d appreciate your patience if something is temporarily down while we work on it.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Listomize is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We don’t guarantee that:

  • Every AI-generated output will be accurate
  • The website will be available without interruption
  • The service will always operate error-free
  • Using Listomize will lead to any specific business result

We want Listomize to be genuinely useful to you, but these are simply the practical limits of what any tool — especially an AI-powered one — can promise.

Limitation of Liability

Listomize does not guarantee that the information or AI-generated results provided through its tools will be accurate, complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every product, marketplace, business, or purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any generated content before using or publishing it.

Listomize is also not responsible for decisions, actions, policies, ranking changes, account restrictions, listing removals, or other outcomes imposed by third-party marketplaces or platforms, including Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, or other services.

You acknowledge that you use Listomize and its AI-powered tools at your own discretion and risk. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Listomize, its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and contributors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal expenses, arising out of or related to:

  • Your use or misuse of the Listomize website or AI-powered tools;
  • Your violation of these Terms & Conditions;
  • Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights;
  • Information or content you submit to Listomize that you do not have the right to provide;
  • Your use, modification, publication, or distribution of AI-generated content; or
  • Your activities on third-party marketplaces or platforms using information or recommendations obtained through Listomize.

This provision does not require you to indemnify Listomize to the extent that a claim results from Listomize’s own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be transferred to you under applicable law.

Third-Party Links

Our website may occasionally link to external websites — for example, official marketplace help pages or other useful resources. Listomize isn’t responsible for the content, privacy practices, availability, security, or products/services offered by these external sites. We’d recommend reviewing the policies of any third-party website independently before relying on it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as Listomize grows and changes. Whenever we make a material update, we’ll revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Listomize after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and your use of the Listomize website and services are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Listomize website, or your use of its tools will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate authority under applicable Pakistani law.

Nothing in this section is intended to limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
